Pat Curley is one of Hobart’s most accomplished blues players. He specialises in authentic renditions of slide guitar classics from the rural south of the US. Sometimes solo on acoustic guitars and sometimes funked up with electric instruments in a duo or a full band.
His current project is a revival of early roots and blues from The Anthology of American Folk Music. If you’re not familiar with the Anthology but you love old school authentic roots music, you need to check him out.
